What is this

This site is a kind of spell to help you understand. The closer you are to understanding, the more of us there will be. The more of us there are, the more we can do together and apart. The more you believe that this world is filled with kind and caring and beautiful things, the more you will notice them. Wonderful things will happen when the world is on your side.

What's the point

You're not alone. You never were. We're tied together to one another on the great net. The rope sags and straightens between us. The abyss was never empty. There was never any such thing as "nothing." It's an imaginary concept used to describe perceived lack. Something lives between us. It connects us more than it keeps us apart. Reach out and touch it. It's alive. It breathes. It lives inside of you. It's living inside of me, too.

What's going to happen

We're going to grow alongside one another. We find each other and connect with each other. We'll find our willpower, our agency, our driving force. We'll understand each other. 10,000 sacred eyes and more cover the world. We carry 10,000 blessings from the divinities. I won't tell you not to be afraid. We'll be a little afraid. It's normal. It's okay. But know that there is no divine conspiracy of suffering. There never was. We feed off of each other. We supply each other with everything we need. What's going to happen is that you'll live a meaningful life. There is so much love in this world. The ocean fills our hearts with her salt. May her tides rise forevermore.

Who did this

My name is Temperance. I use (it/its) and (she/her) pronouns. You can also call me October. I live in Boston, Massachusetts. Late 20s transgender ritual enjoyer. I only have love and wonder for this world.

I made this website because I wanted a place to share my writing and have it in a consolidated place for my friends. I think that somehow, archiving and writing and allowing you to see the world through my eyes is a way of approaching divinity. It's a sacred thing. It's a shrine for love. We share eyes for a moment, no matter how far apart we are.

This is how we find one another, and as best as I can, it's a presentation of myself through art and meditation. I want you to understand me, and I hope you'd do the same for yourself, cataloguing and reflecting on the meaningful things in your life. How else will we know we're alive? How else can we say, "Here I am, a living and breathing thing?" Thank you for visiting, thank you for reading, and thank you for sharing this moment with me. ❤
