Balance

I am at my center. I am at the balancing point. I exist because of my boundary lines. All living things must eat, drink, sleep, breathe, reflect, and move freely. I will honor this tradition.

Connection

I am blessed by the history of cordage. The absence of the other is as simple as the weave. I am plied and crossing. I am always bound by love and companionship. I do not despair alone - I will never be alone again.

Direction

I am given the gift of second sight. Every line is mine to hold. I have the patience to sift the signal from the noise. Negative space overflows with opportunity. I will have everything I've ever wanted.

1st Litany Against Despair

Harm shall not befall you. No tempest nor punishment shall come your way. Your heart is an anchor and neither lack nor brightest light will hollow or scorch you. The clouds part for this message thus: the shadow cast is not for the hour of the end.

2nd Litany Against Despair

There is no divine conspiracy of suffering. The gods favor you and seek to be of use. You are not at odds with the world. The world holds you fast with love and care.
